Collection Service Guarantees

The Company GUARANTEES a minimum increase of 5% in the collection rate on billings to non-governmental health insurance providers and patients within the first year of service to qualified medical practices * currently experiencing less than an 80% collection rate on such billings --- or the 13th month System service fee will be waived for that month.

The Company GUARANTEES to decrease by at least 15 days the accounts receivable average collection period on billings to non-governmental health insurance providers and patients within the first six months of service for qualified medical practices *--- or the 7th month System service fee will be waived for that month

* Qualification for the Collection Service Guarantee will be determined by  The Company based on the client's collection history for the previous year, payer mix and projected volume of collections.
